National Pizza Chain is seeking an experienced Store Manager who is used to working hands-on training staff, overseeing daily operations, hiring and scheduling staff, ensuring food quality, controlling inventory, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability. Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $22-$25/hr based on experience
- Schedule: 5 day a week schedule
Responsibilities:
- Hiring Staff, training & developing staff, scheduling & working hands-on, driving financial performance
- Daily Operations Management
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Financial Oversight: track sales, manage budgets, etc.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Ability to work weekends, 5 days/week & 42-47 hrs/week
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of verifiable work history in similar role (restaurant operations) in high volume environments
- Financial literacy
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to adapt and multi-task in fast-paced environment
Benefits :
- 50% of Major Medical paid. Available after 90 days
- Vacation Pay- available after 1 year
- 20 hrs of sick pay accrued per year beginning after 90 days
