Automotive Finance Manager
Join CAPITAL CDJR of Indian Trail as an Automotive Finance Manager! We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager to take a leading role in our CDJR store’s finance and insurance operations. In this vital position, you’ll build trust with customers, present transparent and competitive financing options, and ensure full compliance throughout the process. The ideal candidate is skilled in navigating complex transactions involving iconic brands like Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram—delivering profitable outcomes for the dealership and a seamless experience for every buyer. - Clearly explain financing options, interest rates, and contract terms in a way customers understand and trust
- Ensure every finance deal is accurate, compliant, and professionally executed
- Promote value-added products such as extended warranties, protection plans, and service packages
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery
- Negotiate with lending institutions to secure favorable terms for both the customer and the dealership
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and present suitable options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending practices, compliance requirements, and dealership procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or related role (required or strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of finance and lease structures, compliance, and lending standards
- Proven ability to build customer confidence and close deals profitably
- Skilled in negotiation, communication, and customer service
- Proficiency with dealership finance software and digital paperwork platforms
- Notary Public certification (required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Clean background check required
