  • Strong sourcing expertise utilizing Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and social media recruiting strategies.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms; Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong data orientation with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required.
  • Experience representing organizations at recruiting events, career fairs, networking events, and industry forums preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working within Functional Service Partnership (FSP) or outsourced talent acquisition delivery models.
  • Agency recruiting background with demonstrated success in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while achieving recruiting performance metrics.
