Strategic Project Manager

They are looking for a Transformation Lead to act as a high-impact consultant for Bank Operations. If you can navigate complex risk landscapes, manage senior stakeholders, and turn "what if" into "done," we want to hear from you.

salary: $43.15 - $43.16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Work in a highly collaborative fashion with a cross section of project members, stakeholders, partners and other Execution and Enablement (E&E) leaders and colleagues
• Lead and support initiatives from discovery and scoping through execution and delivery, in alignment with Bank Operations strategy
• Create relevant reporting and governance cadences to fulfill stakeholder needs
• Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, and key business partners
• Support financial management of the projects
• Contribute thought leadership to the broader E&E team on the industry, Bank businesses, banking and payments financials, proficient consulting practices, analytics, etc.
• Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects.
• Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
