As a full-time W-2 Window and Door Installer at Speaks Custom Window and Sunrooms, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the proper installation of windows, doors, and sunrooms in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations. Your primary duties and responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

Window and Door Installation: Expertly install a variety of windows and doors, including but not limited to, casement, double-hung, sliding, and bay windows, as well as entry, sliding, and patio doors. Experience with a metal brake is required.

Measurements and Assessment: Accurately measure and assess the installation site to determine the appropriate specifications for each project.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that installations are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting all safety and regulatory requirements.

Repairs and Replacements: Diagnose and perform repairs or replacements as necessary, addressing any issues or defects during installation.

Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing questions and concerns while providing excellent customer service.

Material Handling: Safely handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites, ensuring everything is in good working order.

Documentation: Complete installation records and documentation, including work orders, job reports, and any warranty information.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, taking measures to minimize risk and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Window and Door Installer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Knowledge of window and door installation techniques, materials, and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately measure and assess installation sites.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
