Your Role: A Partnership in Success
As an MD, you'll be at the heart of our office operations, working closely with Headquarters to support your personal and professional development. Your key duties will include:
- Leading office operations and empowering your team.

- Ensuring compliance and meeting all regulatory standards.

While travel is optional, it may be beneficial depending on your region. This could involve travel multiple times per month, including flights and hotel stays, depending on office location and corporate involvement.

- Bachelor’s degree or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Relevant experience in areas such as Business Brokerage, Franchising, Insurance Sales, Banking, Real Estate, Financial Advising, Law, Business Ownership, Project Management, Sales, and Relationship Management is highly valued.
- Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and email.
- Experience managing multiple agents and deal flow.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for building lasting relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Discretion and professionalism in all client communications.
- Self-management skills and a professional demeanor that inspires confidence.
- Real Estate Broker License (when required).
- Completion of M&A certification program within 6 months.
Job Description – What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary duties will center around our core services:
- Building relationships with business owners and guiding them through the listing and transaction process.
- Supporting local businesses in their growth and development.
- Collaborating with a supportive team on transactions.
- Following established SOPs, with strong support from headquarters, including marketing, administrative support, training, and ongoing development.
- Leading and mentoring a team of up to 10 Associate Directors.
- Identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conducting demos and presentations and nurturing client relationships.
- Engaging with potential leads through various channels.
- Negotiating deals and ensuring positive client experiences.
- Fulfilling existing accounts and developing new business.
- Maintaining a structured daily schedule to ensure client satisfaction.
- Providing information and assistance to clients regarding our products and services.
- Retaining clients and identifying new market opportunities.
- Pitching prospective clients and handling correspondence.
- Monitoring the competition and market trends.
- Generating leads and achieving sales goals.
- Assisting with pricing and promotions.
- Preparing regular reports.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations.
- Coordinating sales and marketing efforts.
- Promoting company programs.
- Managing client payments.
- Collaborating with sales representatives to ensure goals are met and standards are upheld.
