Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (In-Person)

We’re a fast-growing commercial roofing company looking for a dependable and skilled Service Technician to join our Charlotte, NC team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with commercial roofing systems—performing repairs, maintenance, and installations that keep our clients’ buildings protected and performing their best.

What You’ll Do

• Repair & Maintain: Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial roofing systems, including flat, metal, and membrane roofs.

• Install with Precision: Work with materials such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and insulation systems.

• Problem-Solve in the Field: Diagnose leaks and roof issues, and recommend effective, lasting solutions.

• Work Safely: Always follow OSHA and company safety policies while maintaining a clean and organized job site.

• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers to ensure each project runs smoothly.

• Grow Your Skills: Participate in ongoing safety and technical training—and help mentor less-experienced team members along the way.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in commercial roofing, construction, or related trades (preferred, but we’ll train the right person).

• Familiarity with roofing tools, materials, and installation methods.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Ability to read and interpret work documents and follow instructions accurately.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Willingness to travel and work out of town as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Able to climb ladders, access roofs safely, and work at heights.

• Capable of standing, kneeling, and lifting for extended periods.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification

• Aerial lift or forklift certification

• CDL license

• First Aid / CPR certification

• Experience with sheet metal roofing
