Maintenance Regulatory Compliance Manager
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Maintenance Regulatory Compliance Manager to help ensure our maintenance operations meet all applicable regulatory standards. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting safety, compliance, and operational excellence while working closely with regulatory agencies and internal leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all maintenance-related regulatory requirements.
- Investigate regulatory non-compliance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FAA requests, LOIs, VSDs, and regulatory inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve safety and compliance issues.
- Manage corrective action tracking, dashboards, reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Support Maintenance Quality Assurance, SMS, and risk-based auditing initiatives.
- Provide safety data, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, or auditing.
- Current FAA A&P certification.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and fluency in English.
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Aviation Safety, Business, or a related field.
- Broad aviation operational experience and regulatory compliance exposure.
