Business Development Center Service Representative

CAPITAL of Indian Trail is looking for a proactive and customer-focused BDC Service Representative to be the welcoming voice of our service department. If you thrive on delivering exceptional service and have a genuine enthusiasm for the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) brands, we want to meet you. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you’ll help shape each customer’s experience by managing service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. - Perform other duties as needed to support our growing team
- A passion for people and a love for the CDJR brand experience
- Prior customer service or call center experience—automotive or BDC preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or scheduling tools
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and attention to detail
- Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
