CAPITAL of Indian Trail is looking for a proactive and customer-focused BDC Service Representative to be the welcoming voice of our service department. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you’ll help shape each customer’s experience by managing service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. What You'll Do:

• Respond promptly and professionally to service-related inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms
• Listen actively to understand customer concerns and service needs
• Schedule service appointments that work for the customer and optimize shop flow
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Send timely reminders and follow-ups to keep customers informed and engaged
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and dealership software
• Uphold the highest standards of customer care and professionalism
• Support a positive, team-focused environment—and represent the CDJR brands with pride
• Perform other duties as needed to support our growing team

What You Bring:

• A passion for people and a love for the CDJR brand experience
• Prior customer service or call center experience—automotive or BDC preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or scheduling tools
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and attention to detail
• Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
