Analyst/ Process Engineer

Job description

• Support documentation of current-state processes for AI governance by engaging with SMEs and gathering detailed inputs.

• Analyze process steps to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Assist in developing future-state recommendations and business requirements.

• Contribute to project tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communications.

• Create clear, well-structured process maps and supporting documentation

Qualifications and Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or project support roles.

• Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and analysis using tools like Visio, or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with process documentation and improvement methodologies. Familiarity in AI governance processes is preferable.

Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
