Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer payments in person and over the phone
- Process credit card transactions
- Issue receipts and change to customers
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Email over invoices to extended warranty companies
- Close invoices/Repair Orders
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for customers
- Perform outbound calls daily to gain appointments
- Prior experience in automotive cashiering REQUIRED
- Prior experience in automotive BDC preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate Dealertrack, Xtime, Microsoft
- Saturday availability is a requirement
- Valid drivers license
