Under the direction of the Production Manager, this position supports department efforts to ensure continuous operation of product manufacturing. The role involves performing the following duties either personally or through the assistance of department production employees. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects and operating parameters of the machinery

• Perform set-up and changeovers

• Prepare and install all dies and spreader blocks

• Prepare all resin mixes

• Start-up and shut down of all machinery

• Clean hoppers, dies, ovens, saws, and other equipment

• Accurately complete all reporting paperwork

• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and procedures

• Identify, measure, and label acceptable finished product

• Produce finished products that meet specifications

Qualifications
Various machine operator positions are available ranging from entry-level to advanced.

Available Positions Include:

• Press Operator

• Ram Extrusion Operator

• Sheet Extrusion Operator

• Susta Extrusion Operator

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts (6 pm - 6 am), following a 2-2-3 rotation schedule

Compensation:

• Competitive wage and benefits package

• $1.00 shift premium for all hours worked between 6 pm and 6 am
