General Services Representative

As a General Services Representative I, you’ll help ensure our facilities are safe, organized, and ready for the people who rely on them every day. What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day appearance and functionality of our Winston-Salem facilities, helping create a positive experience for employees, visitors, and members. Your work will play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining a professional environment across the organization.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Help keep office spaces, common areas, entrances, conference rooms, restrooms, and shared facilities clean and well stocked.
- Respond to facility-related requests and support general services projects as business needs arise.
- Partner with the General Services team to maintain a safe, organized, and inspection-ready environment.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of creating a clean and professional workplace. You enjoy staying organized, can adapt to changing priorities, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
Required Experience
- High school diploma, alternative diploma, or equivalent is preferred.
Required Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and internal partners.
- Ability to identify and work through routine problems independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and adjust to changing needs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
You should also be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods, lifting and moving materials as needed, and supporting facility needs in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience supporting office, corporate, or commercial facilities.
- Experience maintaining inventory and stocking supplies.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience responding to facility requests or urgent situations.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve workplace appearance and efficiency.
