**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance operations within our facility. This role involves leading various Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives, managing the maintenance budget, and ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Compile reports and statistics related to key performance measures for the maintenance department.
+ Plan maintenance projects and lead various EHS initiatives related to environmental compliance under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
+ Manage the maintenance budget, including running and reviewing SAP reports and maintaining a spreadsheet of year-to-date expenditures.
+ Utilize systems like KIWI and SAP to track maintenance key performance measures, including mechanical/electrical downtime and maintenance reliability indices.
+ Manage the work order system and track work orders through completion, compiling reports on work order efficiency for the leadership team.
+ Conduct weekly maintenance priority meetings with the maintenance and production leadership team to review open notifications and work order backlog.
+ Plan maintenance projects, including scheduling personnel, maintaining project budgets, and ensuring needed parts are in inventory.
+ Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and local leadership team to schedule predictive/preventative maintenance activities.
+ Lead Environmental Health & Safety initiatives related to air permitting, storm water compliance, and other facility safety measures.
+ Manage the inventory and parts of the facility's storeroom, ensuring proper inventory levels and storeroom organization.
+ Develop kitting processes in collaboration with machine champions for use throughout the facility.
+ Oversee the Machine Champion Process, including monthly reviews with machine champions.
+ Assist in the development and management of capital projects in the ePAD system.
+ Fill in for the Maintenance Manager as needed, managing the entire facility maintenance department and supervising maintenance technicians.
**Essential Skills**
+ Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance technician experience.
+ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, and electrical maintenance repair.
+ Familiarity with 480v, schematics, high voltage, and mechanical maintenance.
+ Experience with preventive maintenance, industrial equipment, and multimeters.
+ Ability to work with electrical components, generators, and blueprints.

+ Prior supervisory or leadership experience with demonstrated situational leadership skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
+ Willingness to work on off-shift as needed.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $90900.00 - $111100.00/yr.
