Responsibilities

Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in partnership with American Residential Services is the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience.

Installers can expect:

Qualifications

• Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
• EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this).
• MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck.
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
