- Responsible for responding to emergency, property damaging situations.
- Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage)
- Accountable for preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
- Be the lead technician on the job.
- High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Take the lead on mitigation restoration projects including but not limited too: create assignments and coach other onsite technicians, manage robust customer communications including setting expectations for the job, and close-out mitigation job when complete.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment
- Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop
- Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas
- You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude.
- 2 years of restoration and mitigation experience .
- Lead technician restoration experience highly desired.
- Dedication to customer service.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to lift 100 LBS frequently.
- Desire to continually learn new things.
- Comfortable with driving a truck with trailer attached when needed for jobs.
