Hiring: Manager, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Technology

We’re looking for an experienced AEM Group Manager to lead a talented team in building dynamic, personalized web experiences. This role oversees software releases for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across both traditional (“headful”) and modern (“headless”) environments.

What You’ll Do

• Turn marketing goals into scalable, effective AEM solutions
• Lead AEM software releases and define the technical roadmap
• Partner with business teams to plan and deliver key projects
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers
• Set and track departmental goals and deliverables
• Ensure all releases meet company policies and security standards

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on AEM experience (headful + headless)
• Strong knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and DevOps practices
• Agile development experience (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Familiarity with Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools
• Excellent communication skills — able to bridge the gap between engineers and executives
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Skills

• Cloud platform experience (AWS, CDN)
• Tag managers (Tealium, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
• JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Adobe AEP, AJO, or CJA experience
• Mobile development background
