Mechanic III - Industrial Maintenance
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-volume beverage manufacturing operation. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient plant performance.
Pay & Incentives:
- $27 to $32 per hour.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days)
- $500 retention bonuses at 6 months and 1 year
- Annual merit increases
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical (120V–480V), and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Support installation, testing, and optimization of production equipment
- Follow safety procedures including LOTO and confined space protocols
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and SQF standards
- Document work orders, inspections, and maintenance activity
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (beverage/food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
- Hot Fill experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
