Reporting to experienced quality and experience leadership, the Hospital Patient Safety & Relations Manager leads daily operations, ensures CMS/Joint Commission-compliant grievance workflows, coaches a motivated team, synthesizes survey and grievance trends, and oversees Interpretive Services, all while collaborating with friendly nurses and a diverse, interdisciplinary care team; qualifications for a Patient Experience Manager include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred), five years of healthcare management experience, and RN licensure preferred but not required.
