Plant Controller
- Compensation: $50.00-65.00/hr
- Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance available
- Location: Winston-Salem, NC
- Work Model: On-site
- Drive daily production reporting and financial data accuracy
- Analyze usage, identify discrepancies and resolve reporting gaps
- Lead plant-wide inventory processes and cycle counts
- Maintain strict adherence to SOX and internal controls
- Collaborate with purchasing on POs, GRs and pricing accuracy
- Align with cross-functional leaders to ensure financial integrity
- Act as a steady leader during a critical transition period for an onsite accounting team of 3 individuals including coaching, training, hiring and terminating employment as needed
- Onsite manufacturing accounting experience (5-7 years minimum)
- At least 3 years of leadership experience required
- SAP experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel and reporting proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field
- CPA or leadership experience is a plus
