What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As a vital link in our supply chain, you will oversee inventory accuracy from procurement to invoicing. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Global Procurement Support: Process and monitor both domestic and international purchase orders (including Saurer Spinning and Twisting) to ensure a seamless flow of goods.

  • Inventory & System Integrity: Maintain accurate stock levels, bin locations, and substitution logic within our business management systems.

  • Warehouse Collaboration: Prepare essential receiving documents, stock labels, and back-order allocations to keep our warehouse team moving efficiently.

  • Financial Accuracy & Logistics: Review vendor invoices, manage Return Authorization Forms (RAF) and credit memos, analyze tariff updates, and ensure all shipped items are properly invoiced.

  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Investigate stock discrepancies, manage obsolete inventory, and validate new system items using advanced inquiry tools.

What We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced professional who brings a blend of technical expertise and stro collaborative skills:

  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in inventory control and customer service-related functions.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency navigating business systems like Sage X3, SAP, and SECOS, alongside working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Core Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, a self-motivated mindset to work independently, and professional communication skills to assist both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

Purpose

To support inventory control operations by maintaining accurate stock levels, pricing, purchasing, receiving, and customer invoicing. This role processes backorders, implements new system items, performs inventory adjustments, and resolves discrepancies.

Essential Functions

  • Purchasing & Vendor Relations: Process and monitor domestic and foreign purchase orders (Spinning/Twisting); build containers into Sage. Review vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve pricing discrepancies.

  • Warehouse Support: Prepare receiving documents, stock labels, and back-order allocations/lists for warehouse personnel. Perform weekly bin location maintenance.

  • Inventory & System Maintenance: Maintain accurate records (stock levels, bin locations, substitution logic). Handle obsolete inventory removal and investigate discrepancies. Validate and load new items using SECOS tools.

  • Financials & Customer Service: Issue Return Authorization Forms (RAF) and credit memos. Assist with customer inquiries, process order cancellations, review tariffs, and identify shipped-but-not-invoiced items

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in inventory control and customer service roles.
