As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you will help customers find the right Harley-Davidson motorcycle for their lifestyle, riding goals, and budget. You will guide guests through the sales process, build lasting relationships, and represent the Flying Iron Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include: Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Learn customer needs and match them with the right motorcycle
Present new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles
Follow up with leads, previous customers, and prospective buyers
Assist with test ride coordination and customer paperwork
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, financing options, and dealership events
Work closely with management, service, parts, MotorClothes, and F&I to deliver a great customer experience
Help create a welcoming, high-energy showroom environment
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is driven, coachable, reliable, and excited about motorcycles and people. Motorcycle experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most. Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
  A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  Sales experience preferred, but not required
  Ability to follow up consistently and build relationships
  Professional appearance and dependable work habits
  Interest in Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
  Desire to grow within the dealership
