**What You'll Do:**
+ Control access to the location by verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific policies.
+ Assist in monitoring and managing entry points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches.
+ Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting visitors and employees as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific procedures.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
+ Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and/or lockdown procedures.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
