Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level to mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant through effective maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plant maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) program.
• Perform reactive maintenance and preventive maintenance during downtime.
• Troubleshoot welding robotic machines, drives, sensors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, power transmission, and furnace elements using multi-meters and other test equipment.
• Lift up to 40+ lbs and stand for the entire shift.
• Bend, stoop, stretch, and reach as required.

Essential Skills

• At least 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrial maintenance, power tools, drill press, lathe, milling machine, electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, electronics, and robotics.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Robotics experience and industrial oven maintenance knowledge.

Work Environment

Our facility is clean and climate controlled. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of High Point, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
