Registered Nurse Location: Charlotte Metro, NC Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: On-site Compensation: $40-$45 per hour Specialty: Perioperative & Operating Room Nursing Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional perioperative and postoperative patient care in a patient-focused clinical environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted clinical partner, guiding patients and caregivers throughout their treatment journey while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive post-operative patient care and assessments. Monitor recovery progress and escalate concerns when appropriate. Assist with patient preparation, vital signs monitoring, consent verification, and care coordination on procedure days. Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Support daily clinical operations and patient flow. Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality assurance efforts. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Previous experience in surgical, recovery, procedural, or outpatient nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care. Experience in aesthetic, plastic surgery, or ambulatory settings is a plus.
