Landscape Maintenance Team Driver

Element Outdoor Living is growing and we are looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Driver who takes pride in quality work and professionalism. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone who already understands landscape maintenance and can be trusted to safely operate company vehicles and support a high-performing crew.

What You'll Do

• Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
• Assist the crew with professional landscape maintenance services including:
• Mowing and edging
• String trimming
• Blowing and cleanup
• Shrub pruning
• Bed maintenance and mulching
• Help load and organize trucks and trailers for daily dispatch
• Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicles
• Work efficiently with your crew to complete routes on schedule
• Represent the company professionally on client properties

Requirements (Must Have)

• Minimum 3 years driving experience
• Minimum 2 years landscape maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving work trucks (trailers preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
