Recruiter I
- Drive Strategy: Partner with leadership to fulfill staffing requirements through effective recruitment strategies for both immediate and future talent needs.
- Consult & Educate: Conduct regular business partner meetings to provide insights on recruiting best practices and market data while managing the execution of recruitment tools.
- Manage the Offer Lifecycle: Handle the full offer process, including salary recommendations, letter generation, and collaborative negotiations with business partners.
- Champion the Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive journey for every applicant while managing interview scheduling and logistics.
- Source Proactively: Initiate contact with qualified talent via direct sourcing and build a robust network of contacts across multiple channels.
- Maintain Precision: Ensure absolute data integrity within our applicant tracking system.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Experience: 2 years of professional recruitment experience.
- Systems Expertise: 2 years of experience with leading applicant tracking systems, specifically SuccessFactors.
- High-Volume Proficiency: Recent experience in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Industry Background: Experience in the transportation, logistics, and/or freight brokerage industry.
- Sourcing Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research, and cold calling.
- Professionalism: Proven confidence in advising business partners and the capability to maintain focus in ambiguous environments.
