Recruiter (Brokerage Recruiting) Location: Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne Area - Preferred) Job Type: Contract

Make an Impact on a Growing Team Join our Brokerage Recruiting team as a Recruiter and play a vital role in fueling our business growth. You won’t just be filling seats; you will be a strategic partner to our leadership, driving the end-to-end recruitment process and building the talent pipelines that define our future success.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like As a core member of the recruiting team, you will:

• Drive Strategy: Partner with leadership to fulfill staffing requirements through effective recruitment strategies for both immediate and future talent needs.

• Consult & Educate: Conduct regular business partner meetings to provide insights on recruiting best practices and market data while managing the execution of recruitment tools.

• Manage the Offer Lifecycle: Handle the full offer process, including salary recommendations, letter generation, and collaborative negotiations with business partners.

• Champion the Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive journey for every applicant while managing interview scheduling and logistics.

• Source Proactively: Initiate contact with qualified talent via direct sourcing and build a robust network of contacts across multiple channels.

• Maintain Precision: Ensure absolute data integrity within our applicant tracking system.

Qualifications for Success At a minimum, you will need:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.

• Experience: 2 years of professional recruitment experience.

It would be great if you also have:

• Systems Expertise: 2 years of experience with leading applicant tracking systems, specifically SuccessFactors.

• High-Volume Proficiency: Recent experience in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Industry Background: Experience in the transportation, logistics, and/or freight brokerage industry.

• Sourcing Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research, and cold calling.

• Professionalism: Proven confidence in advising business partners and the capability to maintain focus in ambiguous environments.

salary: $39.99 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities

Drive the recruiting process by partnering with leadership to fulfil staffing requirements through effective recruitment strategies, including pipelines for current and future needs

· Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate them on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools

· Handle offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/rejection; collaborate with business partners on all negotiations

· Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system

· Handle interview scheduling and logistics

· Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
