Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Wilkesboro, NC. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care and efficient workflow
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of North Carolina
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply)
