Early Childhood Teacher (Threes class)

Jordan Child & Family Enrichment Center – Raleigh, NC

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
($20+ per hour for 7-point Lead Teachers)
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Jordan Child & Family Enrichment Center is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in the three/four-year-old classroom!

For more than 20 years, Jordan Center has been a model childcare program in Raleigh, offering developmentally appropriate care in a nurturing environment for children, families, and staff .

What You’ll Do

• Create nurturing, play-based learning experiences for young children

• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

• Build strong relationships with children and families

• Track developmental progress and support learning goals

• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment

• Follow all NC childcare regulations and center policies

Qualifications

Education

• NC Early Childhood Credential required

• Minimum 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development

Preferred

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Experience

• At least 1 year of classroom experience with young children

Requirements

• Must pass background checks and fingerprinting

• Must meet NC Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE) requirements
