As a TeamHealth medical director in post-acute care, you will provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians located in the greater Greensboro, North Carolina, areas. You will also conduct clinical case reviews as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care, represent TeamHealth on appropriate external levels identifying, engaging and establishing/maintaining relationships within the post-acute care community, collaborate with clinicians, hospital leaders and others regarding care and services for enrollees, and collaborate with leadership to review care coordination initiatives, develop collaborative intervention plans, and share ideas about network management issues. You will also perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Qualified applicants should have or be able to obtain:- Active North Carolina Medical License and DEA
- Active Medicare and Medicaid number
Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $159,914 to $180,531 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
