Operations Specialist – Integrated Logistics

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support our Integrated Logistics team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality logistics services and ensure seamless execution of customer orders and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage customer orders and shipments across multiple transport modes

• Provide shipment visibility, status updates, and front-line customer support

• Utilize transport management systems and handle manual order entries as needed

• Coordinate transport services and resolve issues or deviations

• Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and external partners

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in quality audits

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics and/or customer service

• Knowledge of at least one transport mode (Road, Sea, or Air)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills

• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
