What You'll Be Doing:

As a Testing Associate, you will be crucial to our operations, performing a variety of complex functions, including:

• Executing intricate testing operations on electromechanical and optical systems for production.
• Testing, repairing, and overhauling units to ensure they are fully operational for shipment.
• Investigating problem areas and recommending innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Conducting special testing for engineering evaluations, contributing to product enhancement.
• Training other production personnel, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Collaborating closely with engineering personnel on prototype units to develop effective testing procedures.
• Performing any assigned duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in assembly, testing, or general manufacturing; a minimum of 4 years of experience with complex assembly operations is strongly preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship not available).
• The ability to solve a variety of mathematical questions.
• Basic knowledge of essential test equipment and tools, including oscilloscopes, digital volt meters, theodolites, signal analyzers, and more.
• Excellent visual capability and good manual dexterity in both hands.
• A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Hours of Work:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am to 3:30 pm (with every other Friday off)
