PRODUCTION

Our ideal production team member has a great attitude, is eager to grow, shows up every day, and enjoys using their hands to help build our high-quality outdoor furniture.

• 1st Shift: 7a-3p ($16/h)
• 2nd Shift: 3p-11p ($17/h plus 8% premium)
• 3rd Shift: 11p-7a ($17/h plus 8% premium)

Continuous Flexpath:

• 40 hrs per week plus OT now through the end of Peak Season.
• Off Season work Tues-Thurs (24 hrs) and get a paid additional day for not working (paid for 32 hrs).
• In 2025, Peak Season was Jan-Sept. Off Season was Oct-Nov.
