Client Relations Specialist
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Client Relations Specialist for a well-established financial organization in Raleigh. This role will support the daily account processing activities for this program’s service area. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service while assisting participants and maintaining program integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Account Processing & Compliance:
Oversee daily account transactions, ensuring all batches are processed and posted accurately and on time to meet regulatory and program requirements. - Document Management:
Monitor and resolve “Not in Good Order” (NIGO) documents within Laserfiche folders by researching, contacting participants, and ensuring all missing or inaccurate information is corrected prior to processing. Maintain follow-up to minimize items in “Call Outs” folders. - Issue Resolution:
Research and analyze participant documentation to identify and resolve account discrepancies generated by internal or external program participants. - Participant Communication:
Respond to inquiries from participants via mail, email, and fax. Contact individuals regarding incomplete or inaccurate account forms and provide guidance on establishing or updating accounts. - Customer Support:
Provide support to participants and assist the Call Center with complex or escalated inquiries related to Savings Program. - Collaboration:
Partner with the Program Services Representative and Call Center staff to ensure all public information is accurate and consistent. - System Support:
Assist in the review and approval of enrollment authentication issues in the Admin Portal. - Other Duties:
Support management with additional tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in business, communications, accounting, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving experience, including use of web-based and cloud-based systems.
