Litigation Paralegal

About the Role:
The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing a substantial personal injury caseload. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Manage all aspects of discovery (drafting, responding, organizing, and tracking)
- Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and billing statements
- Track case progress, monitor deadlines, and maintain court dockets
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and jury instructions
- Draft settlement agreements, lien summaries, and calculation sheets
- Maintain organized case files and handle various administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and PI case flow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with legal software and case management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
