What We Want:

As the Litigation Paralegal, you possess outstanding organization and time management skills while demonstrating a high-level of technical proficiency. You bring at least 3 years of legal support experience in a law firm and a degree and/or paralegal certification from an ABA or NC Bar approved program. Defense experience will put you ahead of other candidates.

What You’ll Do:

As the Litigation Paralegal, you will work alongside one legal assistant to support two attorneys. The Litigation Paralegal will draft motions, deposition notices, and subpoenas, organize and review files, and assist with the discovery process. The Litigation Paralegal will also be responsible for communicating with claims representatives, courts, and opposing counsel.
