Director of Renewal Management - REMOTE

This role is critical in leading the global renewals organization, focused on driving customer retention and recurring revenue growth while delivering a seamless renewal experience for customers. As you oversee the renewal lifecycle, you'll collaborate across functions to ensure operational excellence and value realization for customers. Accountabilities

• Define and execute a global renewals strategy to enhance customer retention and revenue.
• Build scalable renewal processes that increase efficiency and predictability while mitigating churn risk.
• Lead a high-performing global renewals team, providing mentoring and development.
• Own the full renewal motion for annual and multi-year contracts.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Deliver accurate renewal forecasts and detailed reporting.
• Champion a customer-first renewal experience and serve as the escalation point for complex renewals.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or revenue operations.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume renewal operations in a subscription-based business.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams, especially offshore.
• Strong operational excellence and analytical skills, with a knack for process design.
• Proficiency in managing and forecasting large renewal portfolios accurately.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with technology improvements, including automation and CRM tools.
