Heist Brewery in Charlotte, NC is looking for one woodfire oven cook to join our strong team. We are located on 2909 N Davidson St Suite 200. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- manages a wood-fired grill or oven to cook meats, vegetables, and pizzas using wood or charcoal. Key duties include regulating high-intensity temperatures (often up to 1,000°ree;F), managing smoke, ensuring consistent quality, maintaining station cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards in a high-speed, hot kitchen environment. Qualifications
- Woodfire cook job qualifications typically require 2+ years of high-volume kitchen experience, specifically with wood-fired grills, ovens, or smokers. Key skills include fire management (maintaining hot/cold zones), high-temperature cooking techniques, and strong knife skills. Candidates must possess stamina for, standing 8+ hours, working in high temperatures, and maintaining sanitation standards.
