Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily operations of the plumbing service departmentManage, coach, and develop plumbing technicians and support staffOversee and manage the service warehouse team, including inventory control, purchasing, truck stock management, and warehouse operationsCoordinate with Call Center Manager to oversee scheduling and dispatch to maximize efficiency and revenueDrive performance metrics including revenue per tech, close rate, and customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policiesMonitor inventory, tools, equipment, and fleet readinessOversee budgeting, forecasting, and departmental financial performanceResolve escalated customer concerns professionally and promptlyCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to grow service demandImplement training programs and performance improvement plansTrack KPIs and analyze service metrics to drive continuous improvementMaintain vendor and supplier relationships Utilities License and the Limited Electrical Permit Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years plumbing experienceMinimum 5 years in a supervisory or management roleValid plumbing license (utility license preferred – pending confirmation)Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulationsExperience managing budgets and departmental P&LStrong leadership, accountability, and team development skillsValid driver’s license Highly Preferred
