- Associates or technical degree with 10 years of maintenance-related experience and/or training in the field preferred OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience installing and disassembling machinery and equipment
- Experience in 5-axis CNC machinery, pressure forming, vacuum forming equipment, or a similar heavy manufacturing environment
- Supervisory experience
- Degree or license related to electrical work
- Strong electrical skillsets working with 480 volts
- Ability to read and create electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Ability to use CAD and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- General PLC programming knowledge
- Understanding of basic machine shop tools, welding, and metal fabrication
- Familiarity with electrical code requirements
- Strong understanding of basic math for accurate counting and calculations
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization
- Effective leadership skills and problem-solving techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate positive and negative messages effectively
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage multiple competing demands
- Ability to manage frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner

- Plan and oversee maintenance activities to support safe and efficient facility operations
- Maintain responsibility for the upkeep of the facility, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Build and develop a maintenance team to support business growth using a hands-on leadership approach
- Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, and coordinate or initiate reordering when necessary
- Ensure operating and training manuals remain up to date and are used to train employees
- Enter maintenance-related data into systems as needed or appropriate
- Coordinate and/or perform inspections of building systems and equipment as required by regulatory agencies
- Oversee maintenance operations while using metrics and personnel development to eliminate repetitive issues
- Develop preventative maintenance and inspection lists and schedules to minimize production disruptions and equipment breakdowns
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment functionality and compliance with safety and environmental requirements
- Create capital expenditure (Capex) plans for the facility and collaborate with Operations and Management on equipment improvements
- Lead and enforce company EH&S policies and Lean initiatives
- Develop and manage departmental budgets
- Lead the transition from a break/fix maintenance culture to a reliability-based maintenance culture
- Perform other duties as assigned
