Join Our Team as a Service Technician I at Advenir Azora Living!

The Service Technician I is responsible for preparing vacant apartment units for new residents in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner. This role ensures that all aspects of the apartment are clean, functional, and ready for occupancy, while adhering to property standards and safety regulations.

• Inspect vacant units and assess work needed for make-ready.
• Complete make-ready process including basic repairs, painting, cleaning, and appliance checks.
• Replace or repair fixtures, hardware, flooring, blinds, and other apartment components as needed.

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Identify and report major repair needs to Maintenance Supervisor for escalation.

• Ensure units meet the company’s cleanliness and functionality standards.
• Conduct final walkthroughs of units to verify readiness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• 1+ year experience in property maintenance or related field (preferred).
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
