Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is looking for reliable and outgoing individuals to join our team! We provide event staffing personnel to local venues and we're looking for people to assist us in multiple event staffing positions. We service universities in the area and are currently looking for staff to assist with NC A&T Traveling work opportunities may be available for other football games, regional concerts, and NASCAR events.

These positions are PART-TIME and event-based , so you work what fits your schedule! Whether you're looking for work experience in the sports industry or extra income, Rhino allows you to sign up online for any available shifts that fit your availability. These are fast-paced, fun events that will keep you on your toes!

Expectations

· Available to work ALL home football games in addition to training sessions

· 18 years of age

· Strong communication skills

· Offer the highest level of customer service for all patrons in all areas

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance

· Ability to efficiently problem solve

Responsibilities

· Ensure that patrons have proper tickets or credentials for access to premium spaces

· Effectively and efficiently handle patrons’ concerns as they arise

· Enhance guests' game day experience

· Demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures within premium space(s)

· Ensure a safe and clean environment for all guests

Work Environment

· Will be spending a considerable duration of time standing/walking

· Will work as part of a team to ensure the best experience for guests

Requirements

Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years or older

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check
• Be able to stand for long periods of time (outside, possibly in the elements)
• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• FOR SECURITY POSITIONS: Have a current unarmed security license or be willing to go through the process to receive one.

Hourly Rate: $11.00 hr
