Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting products and services, building customer relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities * Assist with promotional campaigns designed to generate customer interest and sales. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. * Participate in in-person promotional activities and community events. * Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business. * Assist with promotional materials, displays, and sales resources. * Support individual and team sales goals. * Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales objectives. * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. * Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
