Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded and owned early autism care provider specializing in a natural, play-based approach to ABA that is thoughtful and relationship-driven for toddlers and young children. We were intentionally built to be different; placing intention, quality, and meaningful impact at the center of everything we do. Our care model is grounded in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI), the gold standard for early autism care. By blending the science of ABA with developmental and relationship-based practices, we support meaningful growth across communication, social engagement, play, and daily life skills with parent coaching as a central pillar of our work. Families experience a concierge-style level of care that is highly personalized, responsive, and collaborative from the very first phone call. We are guided by compassion, integrity, and a belief that every child and family deserves exceptional support, not a one-size-fits-all model. Our team is made up of thoughtful, driven professionals who value collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement. We believe high-quality care and a healthy, sustainable work environment go hand in hand. What We Do
Elevated Kids provides individualized, family-centered autism care through a boutique, interdisciplinary model designed to meet children and families where they are. Our services are delivered in the settings where young children naturally learn and thrive, including homes, preschools, and community spaces, because research consistently shows this leads to the most meaningful and lasting outcomes. Our approach emphasizes developmentally appropriate goals, authentic engagement, and strong caregiver partnership. Parent coaching and caregiver involvement are embedded throughout our model, empowering families with the tools and confidence to support their child beyond sessions. Every childs care is intentionally designed, thoughtfully monitored, and continuously adapted. Our model represents a modern evolution of ABA, prioritizing developmental science, family partnership, and sustainable, high-quality care that supports long-term clinician fulfillment. Why Youll Love Working Here
At Elevated Kids, youll work alongside leaders who know this work firsthand. Our leadership team is made up of experienced BCBAs who have spent years in the field and continue to shape our model with clinical insight, empathy, and real-world perspective. Decisions are made by people who understand the realities of the role, not from a distance. We believe great care starts with taking care of the people delivering it. Our culture is built on trust, professional respect, and shared responsibility. Clinicians are encouraged to think critically, ask questions, and contribute meaningfully to how care is delivered. Youll have the autonomy to practice thoughtfully, paired with access to guidance and collaboration when you need it. What you can expect:
- BCBA-led leadership that values clinical judgment and ethical practice
- A team culture grounded in communication, learning, and mutual respect
- The opportunity to practice within a model aligned with developmental science and best practice
- Ongoing mentorship and access to leadership invested in your growth
- A growing organization focused on longevity, quality, and clinician satisfaction
As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. Youll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments. This role is well-suited for a clinician who values intentional work, professional autonomy, and shared responsibility. Youll be trusted to bring your clinical judgment, curiosity, and expertise into your day-to-day work, with the infrastructure and collaboration needed to practice at a high level. What Success Looks Like in This Role
Success in this role is defined by quality, clarity, and connection, not just productivity. Over time, success feels like confidence in your clinical decisions, strong partnerships with families, and meaningful contributions to your team. In this role, success looks like:
- Designing and overseeing care that is individualized, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each childs needs
- Building collaborative, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals
- Working closely with teammates and leadership, contributing insights and engaging in clinical dialogue
- Using reflection and feedback to grow professionally while maintaining balance and sustainability
- Feeling prepared, aligned, and proud of the care you provide
At Elevated Kids, BCBAs are supported by a clinical infrastructure designed to foster confidence, consistency, and growth while honoring your expertise and professional judgment. Our training model reflects the complexity of early autism care and the importance of ongoing collaboration throughout your career. Each Behavior Analyst has access to a Lead Behavior Analyst who serves as a clinical thought partner and resource. This support begins during onboarding and continues throughout your time at Elevated Kids, offering collaboration across NDBI implementation, parent coaching, care planning, clinical decision-making, and EMR systems. Whether youre refining your approach or navigating something new, youll have access to someone who understands both the science and the realities of the role. Youll also be part of a connected team of clinicians who value shared learning and reflective practice. Support is proactive, accessible, and tailored, never prescriptive or one-size-fits-all. What you can expect:
- Ongoing access to a Lead Behavior Analyst for consultation and collaboration
- Training and clinical dialogue around NDBI, developmental care, and parent coaching
- Support with care planning, documentation, and EMR workflows
- Opportunities for feedback, discussion, and professional growth
- A culture that prioritizes quality, alignment, and sustainable practice
- Highly competitive wage with flexible hours
- Quarterly CEU opportunities aligned with best practice and early autism care
- Flexible employment options, including W-2 or 1099 engagement
- Health benefits, including vision and dental, for full-time W-2 employees
- Long-term disability
- Life insurance
- Paid time off (PTO) and paid sick leave (PSL) for W-2 employees
- 401(k) with employer match for W-2 employees
- Provider incentive program recognizing quality, consistency, and impact
- Ongoing training and collaboration across clinical practice, parent coaching, and systems
- Access to leadership and clinical resources that support thoughtful, sustainable work
- Weekly pay
To support children and families in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (LBA)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams - A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care
This role supports families within the city of Charlotte and the surrounding area, with services provided across home and community-based settings. This role offers flexibility in where work is completed, including remote and telehealth work when clinically appropriate. Scheduling is planned thoughtfully and collaboratively, and candidates should be comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes as part of their role. How to Apply
If this role feels aligned with your values, experience, and the kind of work you want to be doing, wed love to hear from you. Please submit your application, and a member of our team will be in touch to share next steps. Our interview process is designed to be thoughtful, transparent, and respectful of your time.
