• Perform precise measurements, capture photos, and produce design plans for proper heating and cooling.
• Run load/BTU calculations and translate findings into clear solution options.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect needs to outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts and close to target, consistently.
• Coordinate handoffs with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and delighted clients.
• Watch market signals and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.
• Report on pipeline health and provide forecasts and insights to leadership.
• Network at industry events and trade shows to expand your reach.
