Client Support Specialist
Concord, NC - ONSITE, NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTIONS
Our client is a manufacturer producing Acoustic and Thermal Solutions for OEMs across North America. They are searching for a Client Support Specialist to join their team ASAP!
Position Summary
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for managing existing customer relationships, supporting new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales cycle. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing requests, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities
- Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries, including requests for quotes and product information
- Support the sales process from initial contact through order fulfillment
- Provide customer service support as needed, including order processing and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and activity within internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service strongly preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems for quoting, order management, and customer data
- Strong numerical aptitude, including working with percentages, decimals, and basic calculations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office-based role within a manufacturing or operations setting
- Regular use of computers and standard office equipment
- May require standing, walking, sitting, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Occasional travel may be required for customer visits, meetings, or industry events
Schedule
- Full-time position, primarily weekday hours
- Additional hours may be required based on business needs
- Exempt position
Compensation
- $65-75k base salary (flexible/based on experience)
