UNC Primary Care at Freedom Square is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team. Located off Green Level Church Road in Apex, NC, our clinic provides comprehensive, family-centered care with convenient access for both families and working professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused practice, help shape a growing clinic, and make a meaningful impact on the individuals and families we serve.

Clinical Services Provided

* Comprehensive preventive healthcare

* Acute and sick care

* Annual physicals and wellness visits

* Immunizations

* Women's health services

* Management of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma

* Routine screening and diagnostic testing

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
? Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of North Carolina.
? Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.

? Demonstrated clinical competency.
