Civil Superintendent
Location: Raleigh, NC and surrounding area
Salary: $115,000–$145,000 annually

We’re looking for a hands-on Civil Superintendent who thrives in the field, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys leading crews and subcontractors. You’ll oversee a variety of civil construction projects, solve challenges on-site, and see the results of your work all while working with a close-knit, supportive team in a company that’s growing fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily field operations across civil construction projects
• Lead crews and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to spec
• Solve field challenges, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate materials and equipment
• Travel locally to project sites within the Albany area; occasional out-of-state travel is optional

Who You Are:

• 4–7 years of civil construction experience, including experience with DOT roadway, highway, or bridge projects
• Hands-on leader who has worked their way up in the industry
• Experienced supervising crews and subcontractors
• Able to read plans, interpret specifications, and operate heavy civil equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, pavers, dump trucks etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
