Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning and executing a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, outstanding multitasking capabilities, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute various events such as conferences, weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations throughout the planning process
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services
• Oversee event setup, ensuring that all elements align with the event theme and schedule

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
