What You’ll Do

As a Cellarman/Brewer's Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of our brewery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the brewing process, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining brewing equipment.
• Monitoring fermentation and ensuring quality control throughout the production process.
• Handling raw materials and ingredients for brewing.
• Transferring and packaging beer with precision and care.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient brewing environment.
• Supporting the brewing team with additional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

• Prefer at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or within the brewing industry.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• A passion for craft beer and a desire to contribute to the brewing process.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
